Compensation Snapshot Employment Type: Independent Contractor Location: Fully Remote Time Commitment: Full-Time Monthly Base Compensation USD $750–$1,000 per month, depending on your experience, marketing capability, event coordination expertise, AI proficiency, and overall alignment with the role. About the Role As our Digital Marketing & Events Coordinator, you'll coordinate end-to-end delivery of digital events, campaigns, and community initiatives while supporting marketing execution and operational excellence. You'll work closely with Marketing, Partnerships, Product, Operations, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership to ensure every event and campaign is professionally planned, beautifully executed, and continuously improved. This is an AI-first coordination role. You'll be expected to actively use AI to improve planning, communication, documentation, campaign management, reporting, and attendee experience. What You'll Be Doing Event Coordination

• 3+ years of experience in event coordination, digital marketing, campaign management, customer experience, or community management.
• Experience coordinating webinars, virtual events, workshops, or educational programs.
• Strong project management capability.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
