Accounting Manager - 2 yrs Experience

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance At least 2 years in a managerial Minimum 5 years of accounting experience Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Effective communication and leadership skills Attention to detail and accuracy Responsibilities: Oversee daily accounting operations and staff Prepare and review financial statements and reports Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements Manage month-end and year-end close processes Coordinate internal and external audits Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures Monitor and analyze accounting data for accuracy Support budgeting and forecasting activities Reconcile general ledger accounts Train and mentor accounting team members
