• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical design skills ABOUT THE ROLE: We are looking for a skilled Design Engineer to join our growing Design team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing innovative propeller designs and contributing to high-quality marine engineering solutions. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure designs meet technical, operational, and commercial requirements. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Design and develop propeller prototypes using computer-aided design (CAD) tools
• Perform engineering calculations from initial concepts through detailed design stages
• Coordinate with clients to understand design requirements, clarify specifications, and resolve technical issues
• Prepare cost estimates for design projects and complete bid documentation accurately and on time
• Ensure all designs meet project schedules, budget targets, and quality standards
