We are looking for a skilled Design Engineer to join our growing Design team. This role is ideal for graduates of Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering who are passionate about developing innovative propeller designs and contributing to high-quality of world-class marine propeller solutions for global clients.. ✅ QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree in Naval Architecture & Marine Engineering (required)
• At least 3 years of experience in shipyard or marine engineering industries (local or overseas) (required)
• Strong experience in engineering design, technical calculations, and CAD software
• Proven track record of delivering projects on schedule and within budget
• Excellent analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to work on-site in Rosario, Cavite KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Design and develop propeller prototypes using computer-aided design (CAD) tools
• Perform engineering calculations from initial concepts through detailed design stages
• Coordinate with clients to understand design requirements, clarify specifications, and resolve technical issues
• Prepare cost estimates for design projects and complete bid documentation accurately and on time
• Ensure all designs meet project schedules, budget targets, and quality standards
