Position: HR & Admin Staff
Industry: Manufacturing Company
Location: Calamba, Laguna
Salary: Php15,000 – Php25,000
Schedule: Monday – Friday (Dayshift)
Work Set up: Work on site

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree Holder
- At least 1 year of work experience in HR & Admin role
- Experience working in manufacturing company
- Experience processing PEZA and BOC
- Amenable to work as soon as possible
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensuring compliance with employment and labor laws
- Maintaining accurate employee data bases and proper records of employee attendance.
- Responsible for recruiting applicants.
- Assisting HR manager in policy making, hiring and salary.
- Responsible for coordinating orientation and training for the new employees of the company.
