About the role
We Hope Medical Group is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Records Officer to join our FAIRVIEW Chemotherapy Center. This is a full-time position based in FAIRVIEW , where you will play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy, security, and accessibility of patient medical records. As a Medical Records Officer, you will be the custodian of sensitive patient information and a key contributor to our commitment to providing excellent patient care and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. Your work will directly impact the efficiency of our clinical operations and the quality of patient care delivery.Key responsibilities
Maintain complete, accurate, and secure patient medical records
Manage electronic medical records (EMR) systems and ensure data integrity
Ensure compliance with data privacy and confidentiality regulations
Provide basic IT support for clinic systems and equipment
Generate reports required for clinical, administrative, and regulatory purposes
Maintain data backups and system security protocols
Manage procurement, inventory, storage, and distribution of medical and office supplies
Monitor stock levels to ensure uninterrupted clinic operations
What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree (IT, health Information, or related)
1-2 years’ experience in records/IT
Knowledge of data privacy and records management
Computer literate/system maintenance skills
Organized and detail-oriented
Must be residing in FAIRVIEW
