We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Agents to join our team for a leading clothing brand. You will handle voice calls, assist customers with product inquiries, orders, and returns, and resolve concerns efficiently. If you are passionate about fashion and delivering exceptional customer experiences, this is your opportunity to shine!
Requirements:
- Strong verbal communication skills with a professional and customer-oriented approach.
- Open for fresh graduates.
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in retail or e-commerce account in BPO Setting. (Preferred but not required)
- Passion for fashion and familiarity with current trends. (Preferred but not required)
- Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and adaptability to shifting schedules.
- Proficiency in basic computer systems and CRM tools. (Preferred but not required)
- Amenable to working onsite at Double Dragon, Pasay.
- Shifting schedules to support 24/7 customer operations.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
