Recruitment Associate/Consultant

Responsibilities: Understand client requirements Source candidates using database, social media etc. Assume responsibility of phone interview screening Match the most suitable candidates to different positions Manage end to end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviews, assessment and relevant checks Manage recruitment channels (e.g., Job Portals, social media etc.) Collaborate with and provide recruitment support to management Take effective and detailed job briefs Source key talent and build talent pipelines Promote and maintain brand reputation through candidate care and experience Monitor recruitment KPIs Completion of all other reasonable duties as requested by management Achieve set recruitment KPIs and targets whilst ensuring that clients and candidates are receiving the best quality service. Administrative duties such as formatting of CVs, first point of contact via telephone/email queries, and any ad-hoc duties assigned by the Head of Recruitment or the Executive Managing Director. Requirements: 1 - 2 years experience in end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks) Experience in Admin, Scheduling, Email Management and Database Management Experience using any recruitment platforms/portals Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Good attention to detail and a commitment to follow through and follow up Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask The ability to take direction & feedback & ask questions as required The ability to maintain a high level of professionalism
