Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Shift Engineer to support production operations, process improvement initiatives, and manufacturing efficiency. Fresh graduates with strong academic backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or any related Engineering course
At least 1-2 years of experience in production, manufacturing, or process engineering preferred
Fresh graduates with strong academic performance may be considered
Knowledge of production planning, process improvement, Lean Manufacturing, and productivity analysis
Familiarity with GMP, HACCP, Food Safety, and Occupational Safety standards is an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially MS Excel
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and support daily production operations
- Analyze production performance and recommend process improvements
- Assist in production planning and productivity initiatives
- Ensure compliance with quality, food safety, and occupational safety standards
- Prepare reports and analyze operational data
- Coordinate with production teams to achieve operational targets
