Work Setup: Hybrid — 3 days onsite, 2 days WFH Schedule: Morning Shift — starting at 9:00 AM Experience: 4–7 yearsJob SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Qlik Sense Specialist to join the Data Engineering team and develop interactive dashboards, data visualizations, and analytical solutions that support data-driven business decisions. The ideal candidate has strong Qlik Sense development and data modeling expertise, advanced SQL skills, and experience integrating data from modern data warehouse platforms. This role requires close collaboration with data engineers, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver scalable, reliable, and user-friendly reporting solutions.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, maintain, and enhance Qlik Sense dashboards and applications for business reporting and analytics.
Develop Qlik data load scripts and data models using Snowflake, SQL Server, and other structured data sources.
Optimize Qlik applications, data models, and queries for performance, scalability, and usability.
Build interactive visualizations, KPIs, and analytical storyboards aligned with business requirements.
Gather stakeholder requirements and translate business needs into effective dashboard designs and reporting solutions.
Implement section access and appropriate data security controls.
Conduct dashboard testing, data validation, troubleshooting, and technical documentation.
Support application deployments, enhancements, and CI/CD processes.
Follow established data governance, security, quality, and development standards.
Collaborate with data engineering and analytics teams to ensure reporting accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
4–7 years of hands-on experience in Qlik Sense development, dashboard design, data modeling, and visualization.
Experience integrating and transforming data from Snowflake, SQL Server, or comparable relational and cloud data platforms.
Experience working in Agile development environments and supporting application deployment and maintenance.
Experience in private equity, financial services, or investment management.
Familiarity with AWS and cloud-based data platforms.
Exposure to data governance tools, automation, and data integration technologies.
Experience working within enterprise data engineering and analytics environments.
Qlik Sense Development: Dashboard development, data load scripting, section access, visualization, and application deployment.
SQL & Data Modeling: Advanced SQL, data transformation, relational data modeling, and integration with Snowflake, SQL Server, or similar platforms.
Business Intelligence & Stakeholder Management: KPI development, requirements gathering, data validation, analytical problem-solving, and communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
