Accounting Manager — Lead Finance Team & Compliance

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
- Monitor cash flow, financial transactions, and internal control systems.
- Assist in budget planning, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Coordinate with external auditors and government regulatory bodies.
- Lead, mentor, and support the accounting team to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Recommend improvements to accounting processes and financial systems.
Qualifications
- Around 30’s to 40’s Age Limit
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CPA license is an advantage but not required.
- At least 5–7 years of accounting experience, with 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, and accounting principles.
- Experience using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Background in the hardware, construction materials, or trading industry is an advantage.
- Willing to work in Mandaluyong City.
