Sales Associate

- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing products that meet their needs.
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Assist in the arrangement of merchandise on the sales floor to attract customers.
- Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience Level: at least 6 Months (Fresh Graduate/Student encouraged to apply).
- Skills and Competencies: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, outgoing, and customer-oriented attitude.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work in a team and take initiative in a retail environment.
- Working Conditions: Retail environment with potential evening and weekend shifts.
