Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer concerns through voice or non-voice support
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain quality customer service and communication
- Encode and update customer records when needed
Qualifications:
- At least High School / Senior High School Graduate
- With or without BPO experience
- Good communication skills
- Willing to work onsite in Makati City
- Can start ASAP
