REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
- Proficient in Cantonese and conversational-proficient in English
- Open to High School graduates, Undergraduates, and Bachelor’s graduates in any courses.
- Open to no related experience.
- Having customer service experience is an advantage.
- Having BPO experience is a big plus
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer handling skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
- Handle customer inquiries over the phone regarding transportation, logistics, and delivery-related concerns.
- Provide assistance with package tracking, shipment updates, and delivery-related issues.
- Process refund requests, returns, and other order-related concerns while following company policies and procedures.
- Assist customers with order placement, modifications, cancellations, and delivery updates to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and provide timely solutions.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions, transactions, and case records while delivering high-quality customer service.
