About the Role

We are seeking a highly accomplished, values-driven Principal Recruiter to join our team. This position is designed for an expert in candidate engagement and stakeholder relations. While you will be paired with a dedicated Sourcer to help build talent pipelines, your primary focus will be the high-touch orchestration of Candidate Management—guiding executive-level talent from initial contact through complex assessments, offer calibrations, and onboarding.

The ideal candidate blends an empathetic, articulate communication style with a meticulous eye for process compliance. You excel at navigating the distinct demands of both global and local business leaders, maintaining rigorous candidate standards, and delivering an unparalleled candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Executive Candidate Management: Own the deep qualification, relationship management, and journey of executive and senior corporate candidates across tracks such as Digital Finance Transformation, Technology, Risk & Compliance, and HR.
• Sourcer Collaboration: Partner closely with the sourcing team to review talent pipelines, refine search criteria, and strategize on matching the best passive talent to active leadership needs.
• Stakeholder Stewardship: Act as a trusted talent advisor to C-suite executives and global business leaders, providing regular pipeline insights, managing expectations, and navigating complex offer negotiations.

• The Journey: A progressive 10+ year background in recruitment with a proven track record of headhunting and placing critical leadership, senior corporate, and executive roles across diverse client portfolios.
• Headhunting Mindset: A proactive, consultative drive that goes beyond standard database matching. You possess the hunting instincts required to map target industries, approach passive talent, and pitch career-defining opportunities to leaders who aren’t actively looking.
• Relationship Expertise: Proven mastery of candidate management. You know how to keep passive, senior-level candidates engaged, assess organizational fit, and handle sensitive counter-offers and salary negotiations.
• Sales & Client Alignment: A strong commercial drive with a track record of effectively selling the strengths and strategic fit of premium candidates to corporate clients.
• Soft Skills: Outstanding communication skills, an adaptable and positive personality, and a flawless reputation for reliability, accountability, and strong work ethics.
