Recruitment Officer

QUALIFICATIONS:

Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Human Resource, Business, or related field.

At least 1-year experience as an HR Officer or similar HR role.

With knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training &

development, etc.)

With an understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.

Proven experience as an HR Officer.

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)

Outstanding organizational and time management abilities.

Excellent English communication (both written and verbal)

Interpersonal skills to form effective working relationships with people at all levels.

With problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.

Strong ethics and reliability.

Potential to handle a leadership role.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Create and publish job ads in various portals

Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events

Collaborate with the Branch Manager regarding the manpower needs of the branch

Screen resumes and job applications

Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates

Interview candidates in-person or via Zoom or google meet

Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire

Host and participate in job fairs and conducting free career orientations

Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process

Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings

Review Job Description of the Vacant position

Coordinate with HR Manager for Job Offers status

Coordinate the logistics arrangement for new staff to ensure that new staff receive adequate information about the organization and its systems, policies, work desk, computer.

Ensure that all new recruit employees have their contract signed duly coordinat6ed with dealership HR Officer

Monitor and update Manatal with coordination with Head Office recruitment department

Monitor the 30, 60, 90 days check-ins with the new employee
