Position: Sales with Administration experience

Qualifications:

• College Graduate (Business Administration,
• Marketing, Tourism, or related field preferred)
• Experience in sales, customer service, administration, or office operations is an advantage
• Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills
• Goal-oriented, organized, and customer-focused
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and administrative processes
• Able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Experience in the travel and tourism industry is an advantage
• Able to guide, mentor, and support office staff to maintain productivity, teamwork, and a positive work environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Support sales activities and customer inquiries

• Build and maintain positive client relationships

• Prepare reports, correspondence, and operational documents

• Manage daily administrative and office operations

• Coordinate with suppliers, partners, and clients

• Assist in business development and marketing activities

• Ensure organized records and efficient office processes

Office Location: Brgy. Calzada, Balayan, Batangas (beside Waltermart Balayan)
