Sales Staff is a retail or customer service professional responsible for promoting and selling products to customers. She plays a vital role in ensuring customers have a positive shopping experience, while also meeting sales goals and maintaining the store’s reputation.
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent (some positions may require higher education, depending on the industry).
- Additional certifications or courses in sales, customer service, or specific products may be an asset.
Experience:
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales is preferred, but entry-level positions may be available with on-the-job training.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.
