About the Client
Our client is a leading European healthcare technology company that develops enterprise software used by audiology clinics worldwide. They are expanding their product team and are looking for a Product Owner to help drive the development of their cloud-based Practice Management Software, delivering innovative solutions that improve clinic operations and customer experience.
About the Role
As a Product Owner , you will be responsible for shaping and delivering a market-leading cloud-based Practice Management System for enterprise healthcare customers. You'll work closely with customers, stakeholders, and development teams to define product priorities, manage the roadmap, and ensure features deliver maximum business value. This role also involves leveraging AI tools to improve product planning, backlog management, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the product roadmap and prioritize the product backlog.
- Collaborate closely with customers, stakeholders, and development teams to gather requirements and define product direction.
- Translate business needs into clear user stories, epics, and product backlog items (PBIs).
- Plan releases, define sprint goals, and ensure features are properly prioritized for Agile delivery.
- Work with Product Management, Marketing, and Engineering to ensure effective communication throughout the product lifecycle.
- Analyze product requirements, dependencies, and technical considerations to support informed decision-making.
- Help define and prioritize AI-powered product features based on customer value and business goals.
- Use AI tools such as Claude or Claude Code to support research, documentation, and backlog creation.
- Support onboarding and provide product knowledge to new team members.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role.
- Experience with CRM, ERP, OMS, or other enterprise software platforms.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based SaaS products.
- Experience managing products throughout the full product lifecycle.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Experience collaborating with international teams or customers.
- Familiarity with AI tools for product management and documentation is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
