JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree holder
- With at least 2-4 years’ experience in after sales, field sales
- With driver’s license and willing to travel across region
- With experience working in automotive industry or dealer network operation is an advantage
- Amenable to attend interviews
- Can start as soon as possible
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Track and drive dealers’ performance against sales targets to help boost overall regional results.
- Spearhead and execute localized sales and marketing strategies to expand market share across the Visayas region.
- Collaborate with Service Managers to enhance workshop efficiency, streamline parts inventory management, and improve Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) performance.
- Perform routine dealer audits and Business Health Checks to maintain profitability, operational excellence, and adherence to global company standards.
- Deliver hands-on dealership support, coaching, and performance management throughout the Visayas region.
