Area Supervisor (Cavite, Laguna, NCR, Bulacan)

Qualifications: Graduate of any 4 years course With 2-3 years of relevant experience as Area Supervisor With background in retail or groceries meat section With good communication and negotiation skills Willing to work and rove in different stores Must be know how to drive 4 wheels or 2 wheels With a valid driver license Key Responsibilities: Rove and monitor multiple stores in Greater Manila, Bulacan and CALABARZON Operations & Quality Control Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and quality standards. Conduct regular visits and audits to ensure proper display, storage, and handling of meat products. People Management Supervise and coach meat section staff (butchers, clerks, etc.) in each branch. Assist in scheduling, training, and evaluating staff performance. Resolve conflicts and enforce discipline when necessary. Inventory Management Monitor and manage inventory levels, spoilage, and wastage. Coordinate with warehouse and purchasing teams to ensure timely replenishment. Conduct regular stock-taking and variance reconciliation. Sales & Merchandising Assist in implementing merchandising plans and promotions. Monitor sales performance and suggest strategies for improvement. Ensure the correct pricing and labelling of meat products. Logistics & Mobility Must be willing and able to drive/ commute to various store locations. Ensure all tools, equipment, and supplies are efficiently distributed and maintained.
