Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance of utility systems (water, power, air, gas)
- Lead troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance
- Ensure safety, reliability, and compliance with standards
- BS in Engineering or related field
- 3–5 years experience in utilities or facility maintenance (supervisory experience preferred)
- Knowledge of utility systems and safety practices
- Strong leadership and technical skills
