Job Summary

We are hiring Philippine Registered Nurses (PHRN) for a Clinical Analyst – Voice Account role supporting healthcare operations. This opportunity is ideal for licensed nurses with hands-on bedside, hospital or clinical experience who are looking to build a career in a healthcare BPO voice environment.

The role involves handling healthcare-related customer interactions, applying clinical knowledge, maintaining accurate documentation and following established quality, compliance and process standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle healthcare-related customer interactions through voice channels.
• Apply nursing and clinical knowledge to understand and address customer or patient-related concerns.
• Review and communicate healthcare information accurately according to established processes.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow client-specific procedures.
• Ensure compliance with quality, privacy, verification and documentation requirements.
• Handle customer concerns professionally while demonstrating empathy and active listening.
• Escalate complex or clinically sensitive cases according to established guidelines.
• Meet productivity, quality, accuracy and customer-service targets.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient and healthcare information.
• Participate in training, assessments, coaching and process updates.
• Work effectively in a shifting work schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be a Philippine Registered Nurse (PHRN) with an active license valid for at least 6 months from the date of application.
• Minimum 1 year of actual bedside, hospital or clinical experience as a Staff Nurse.
• Clinical experience must not be obtained through internship or training.
• Valid Certificate of Employment (COE) from recent employer is required.
• Must not be a former or current employee of the client.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Good clinical judgment, attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Customer-service orientation with empathy and professional communication.
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule.
• Willing to undergo online interviews and onsite assessment/recruitment processing in Quezon City.

Compensation & Benefits

• PHP 30,000 basic pay
• PHP 1,000 flex fund allowance
• PHP 31,000 total package
• 20% night differential
