Finance Supervisor/Manager

- Responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day financial operations of the team or department, which may include activities such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, general ledger, financial transactions processing, and financial reporting
- Ensure accurate monthly, quarterly, and year-end process
- Will be in charge of BIR reports, transaction and payments for (BIR, SEC, SSS, Philhealth, and Pagibig)
- Abreast in the current bank facilities and technology such as on-line banking and other bank related services
- Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles
- Coordinate with external auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained and coordination in the completion of annual audits
- Manage the processing and approval of key financial documents including revenue, expenditures, and cash flows, and accounts
- Petty Cash management
- Contribute to budget planning, amending budgets, and tracking actual expenditures
- Other related duties that may be assigned from time to time
- Preferably CPA but not required
- Must be a graduate of Accountancy or Financial Management
- With at least 5 years work experience as a Finance Supervisor or atleast 2-3 years managerial position
- Proficient in MS office application
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Must be willing to work onsite in NIA Rd., Quezon City (Monday to Saturday)
