Senior Shopify Web & Graphic Designer / Store Manager (HYBRID)

We’re seeking a highly experienced and design-driven Shopify expert who can balance aesthetics and functionality. This role is perfect for someone with a strong graphic design foundation , a deep understanding of e-commerce workflows , and a history of working in creative or digital agencies .
You'll be responsible for not just the technical side of Shopify but also for shaping visually compelling customer experiences that convert. If you’re past the entry-level phase, can take creative initiative, and want to make a big impact — we’d love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Shopify Design & Development - Build, customize, and maintain responsive, high-performing Shopify stores aligned with brand standards and customer expectations.
- Graphic Design & Branding - Lead the design of web assets, product pages, landing pages, and promotional materials with a clear eye for brand storytelling and high-converting visuals.
- Store Management - Oversee daily store operations – manage product uploads, inventory, content updates, seasonal campaigns, and performance.
- Email Marketing (Klaviyo) - Design and execute email campaigns that are as beautiful as they are effective, using Klaviyo and customer behavior insights.
- Conversion Optimization & UX - Use analytics, heatmaps, and A/B testing to iterate on design and layout improvements that drive results.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with marketing, content, and development teams to ensure visual and functional consistency across all digital channels.
- 3+ years of experience in eCommerce, ideally in Shopify-focused or creative/marketing agencies
- Advanced skills in graphic design , UI/UX principles, and digital brand aesthetics
- Deep knowledge of Shopify themes , Liquid , and third-party app integrations
- Strong working experience with Klaviyo (flows, campaigns, segmentation)
- Proficiency in Figma , Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent design tools
- Strategic thinker with the ability to make design decisions based on data
- Organized, proactive, and can work independently with minimal supervision
Bonus Points For:
- SEO, Google Analytics, or paid ad campaign experience
- Motion design or video editing skills
- Experience managing multiple Shopify stores or client accounts
Work Setup:
This is a hybrid role with an on-site base at Paseo Greenfield, Santa Rosa, Laguna . You must be able to commute reliably to the office, though partial remote work is supported based on performance and collaboration needs.
