Analyst, DS Payroll

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Payroll Analyst for its DePuy Synthes division in Manila to manage payroll administration, compliance, and operations across designated countries. The role involves executing payroll processes, ensuring regulatory adherence, resolving employee issues, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day payroll tasks and processes for assigned countries in compliance with global standards
• Perform payroll reporting, reconciliations, validations, and data checks across multiple systems
• Research, troubleshoot, and resolve payroll issues raised by employees and partners
• Maintain payroll documentation including standard operating procedures and process guides
• Support user acceptance testing and system changes with internal and external partners

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, HR, finance, accounting, or related field
• Minimum 2 years experience in HR or finance/payroll operations
• Knowledge of payroll processing concepts and statutory requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office tools
• Familiarity with payroll and HR systems (SAP or Workday preferred)
• Experience with case management or ticketing tools
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
