Key Responsibilities
- Process Optimization: Analyze and evaluate existing processes to identify inefficiencies and develop innovative solutions to enhance operations.
- Production Management: Review production schedules, engineering specifications, and process flows to ensure optimal manufacturing practices.
- Quality Control: Implement quality control procedures to resolve issues and enhance product durability and overall performance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with management and other engineers to ensure compliance with industry standards and drive strategic decisions based on technical findings.
- Cost Reduction: Develop and implement cost reduction projects while maintaining quality standards.
- Training and Development: Train employees on new procedures and improvements to enhance productivity.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
