JOB OVERVIEW

A strategic and execution-focused Legal Operations Coordinator role supporting a global legal team in optimizing Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems, legal workflows, and integrated platforms. This role is central to improving contract efficiency, data accuracy, and system integration across mission-critical tools such as Salesforce, DocuSign, Google Workspace, Slack, and AI-enabled platforms.

You will work closely with commercial, finance, and shared services teams to streamline legal intake, enhance contract processes, and implement scalable legal technology solutions. This newly created position reports to the Head of Legal and is ideal for a highly analytical, tech-savvy legal operations professional comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment aligned with Eastern Time Zone hours.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Contract Lifecycle Management & Process Optimization

• Support implementation, optimization, and continuous improvement of CLM systems and integrated legal technologies.
  
• Manage contract intake processes, templates, document generation, and automated workflows.
  
• Ensure data integrity and accurate system integration across platforms such as Salesforce, ETRM systems, DocuSign, Google Workspace, Gmail, and Slack.
  
• Identify inefficiencies and proactively improve contract management workflows using a continuous improvement mindset.
  
• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and executing standard contract templates.
  
• Track project timelines, progress, and resource needs for legal initiatives.
  
• Leverage AI tools (e.g., Perplexity, Claude, Gemini, or similar) to enhance legal operations efficiency.
  

Contract Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure adherence to standard contract templates and approval workflows.
  
• Identify and escalate high-risk or non-standard contract terms.
  
• Support compliance with legal, operational, and commercial requirements across contract processes.
  
• Maintain a strong understanding of standard contract provisions and legal operational processes.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth contract execution and communication.
  

Legal Operations & Data-Driven Insights

• Analyze legal operations data to generate actionable insights and performance metrics.
  
• Support reporting and recommendations to improve contract cycle time and operational efficiency.
  
• Contribute to the development of legal technology solutions and process automation initiatives.
  
• Participate in building scalable legal operations frameworks and governance structures.
  

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience & Background

• 5+ years of experience in legal operations, contract administration, or related legal support functions.
  
• Minimum 3 years supporting US-based companies, clients, or legal/commercial operations.
  
• Experience in high-growth or global corporate environments is highly preferred.
  
• Background in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems and legal technology tools.
  
• Experience with platforms such as IntelAgree or similar CLM systems is an advantage.
  

Technical & Functional Skills

• Strong expertise in CLM systems, data mapping, and integrated workflow tools.
  
• Experience managing system integrations with Salesforce, DocuSign, Google Workspace, Slack, and related platforms.
  
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, or Linear.
  
• Experience using AI tools (Perplexity, Claude, Gemini, or similar) in operational workflows.
