WE ARE HIRING: REVENUE OPERATIONS SPECIALIST
We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Revenue Operations Specialist to join our growing team. This role is available on a part-time or full-time basis. Position: Revenue Operations Specialist Work Setup: RemoteCOMPENSATION
Part-time, 4 hours per day: PHP 16,000 per month Part-time, 6 hours per day: PHP 22,000 per month Full-time, 8 hours per day: PHP 32,000 per monthRESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and optimize sales and revenue workflows
- Maintain CRM data, pipelines, and reports
- Track sales performance and revenue metrics
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements
- Support lead generation and sales operations
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams
- Create reports and dashboards
- Improve and automate repetitive processes
- Help maintain accurate and organized customer and sales data
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, CRM, or a related role
- Understanding of sales funnels and lead management
- Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working with data, reports, and spreadsheets
- B2B or SaaS experience is an advantage
