JOB DESCRIPTION: CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Location: Cebu IT Park, Cebu City Setup: On-Site (Shifting Schedules / Night Shift) Process: Virtual / Same-Day Onsite Process Position Overview The Customer Service Representative serves as a primary point of contact for customer support, handling inquiries, troubleshooting issues, providing accurate product or service information, and ensuring an exceptional overall customer experience. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound customer inquiries via call, chat, or email in a professional and timely manner. Assist customers with account updates, billing questions, and general inquiries. Provide clear, accurate, and empathetic solutions to customer concerns. Maintain complete and confidential records of customer interactions in compliance with privacy regulations. Escalate complex disputes or specialized requests to higher-tier support teams when necessary. Minimum Qualifications Education: Open to Senior High School Graduates, College Undergraduates, or College Graduates. Experience: Open to Fresh Graduates; prior BPO or customer service experience is an advantage but not required. Skills: Excellent English verbal and written communication skills with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Requirements: Computer literate, detail-oriented, and willing to work on-site in Cebu IT Park on shifting schedules.
