- Prepare and serve a variety of teas and specialty drinks to customers.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the tea bar area.
- Engage with customers to provide recommendations and answer questions about tea.
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in a barista or customer service role.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Passionate about tea and customer service.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Working Conditions: Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
