LEXCO Mgt. & Construction Co. is looking for a Site Architect to join our team and oversee the architectural aspects of construction projects directly on-site. The role involves supervising work, conducting inspections, coordinating with engineers and contractors, and ensuring projects are completed according to design, quality, and safety standards.
- Supervise and monitor architectural works on-site.
- Conduct inspections to ensure quality and compliance with plans.
- Coordinate with project teams, engineers, and contractors.
- Resolve on-site issues and discrepancies.
- Ensure adherence to building codes and safety regulations.
- Prepare progress reports and maintain project documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
- Licensed Architect (preferred).
- Experience in construction site management.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and project management tools.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
