Job description:
Job Summary: Responsible for supervising and managing on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and according to design specifications.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Supervise construction work on-site and ensure activities follow approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, and contractors to resolve technical issues.
- Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines and schedules are met.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and construction standards.
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks.
- Prepare site reports, progress reports, and documentation.
- Manage materials, equipment, and labor on site.
- Assist in project planning, cost estimation, and scheduling.
- Interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.
- Ensure proper implementation of construction methods.
