Sales Representative

- Present, promote and sell products or services to existing and prospective customers
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations
- Establish and maintain strong business relationships with clients
- Negotiate terms, prepare quotations and process orders in coordination with internal teams
- Follow up on payments and ensure timely collection with support from Finance
- Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and performance KPIs
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities and customer needs
- Provide feedback to management regarding product improvements and sales opportunities
- Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in sales or customer service
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
- Background in field sales, retail or B2B transactions is an advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven attitude
- Good presentation and persuasion abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, CRM tools)
- Adaptability and willingness to travel for client meetings or fieldwork
