Job Responsibilities - Identify and generate new business opportunities by prospecting and acquiring potential clients from scratch.
- Conduct market research to identify target customers and industry opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Present and promote the company's products and services to meet customer needs.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
- Follow up on leads, negotiate terms, and close sales deals.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and excellent customer service.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Internship experience in sales, marketing, business development, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Willing to conduct fieldwork and client visits as required.
- Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with new clients.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
- Willing to learn, adapt, and thrive in a target-driven sales environment.
