Description - Design and deliver engaging training programs for new and existing employees in the BPO industry.
- Assess training needs and develop training materials to effectively address skill gaps.
- Conduct workshops and one-on-one coaching sessions to enhance employee performance.
- Collaborate with team leaders and management to ensure training aligns with business objectives.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in training roles within the BPO/Call Center industry
- Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of Learning & Training methodologies
- Skills and Competencies: Experience with Financial, Healthcare, and Insurance Campaigns
- Skills and Competencies: Effective coaching and mentoring skills
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
