Japanese Translator for Japanese Heat pipe manufacturer

Job Description: We are seeking a Japanese Interpreter to provide high-quality interpretation and translation support in a corporate environment. This role will facilitate effective communication between Japanese and local staff, support administrative and coordination tasks, and ensure smooth business operations by bridging cultural and language gaps. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate Japanese–English interpretation during meetings, conferences, and on-site activities.
• Translate documents, emails, and other business communications.
• Support Japanese expatriates with administrative tasks, scheduling, and coordination.
• Assist in project or event coordination, ensuring deadlines and requirements are met.
• Serve as a liaison between Japanese and local staff, fostering mutual understanding and effective communication.
• Handle client or internal inquiries in a professional and culturally sensitive manner.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and uphold professional standards in all interpretation and translation work.

JLPT N2 Level and Above 3–5 years of professional interpretation and translation experience, preferably in a corporate setting. Experience working with Japanese expatriates or within a Japanese company. Strong administrative and coordination skills, with experience in logistics and scheduling. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Experience in manufacturing, IT, or trade industries is an advantage.
