Business Intelligence / Reporting Analyst

Where You’ll Lead

This role leads analytics reporting, performance monitoring, and data-driven recommendations while collaborating with multiple teams to ensure marketing and operational decisions are backed by reliable insights.

Business Analytics

• Analyze marketing performance across channels including social media, email marketing, websites, and e-commerce platforms.

• Track key marketing KPIs such as leads, conversions, website traffic, engagement rates, and ROI.

• Utilize analytics tools including Facebook/Instagram Insights, Google Analytics, email marketing platforms, social listening tools, Shopify analytics, and other data sources.

• Conduct in-depth data analysis using tools such as Google Sheets and Excel to identify trends and strategic insights.

• Perform competitive analysis and benchmarking to identify opportunities and industry positioning.

• Analyze A/B and multivariate test results and provide actionable recommendations for campaign optimization.

• Monitor online customer behavior through campaign metrics such as delivery rates, open rates, click-through rates, and engagement patterns.

Reporting & Data Visualization

• Build and maintain dashboards and automated reporting systems using tools such as Google Data Studio (Looker Studio) or similar platforms.

• Generate recurring and ad-hoc reports to support leadership, marketing teams, and client insights.

• Present data findings clearly to stakeholders through reports, dashboards, and presentations.

• Ensure reporting accuracy and consistency across all marketing performance reports.

• Consolidate and add clean data to use for dashboards and reports.

Strategic Insights & Cross-Team Collaboration

• Serve as a key resource for customer and market insights across departments including digital, creative, copywriting, and strategy.

• Provide data-driven recommendations to improve campaign performance and marketing investments.

• Collaborate with teams to integrate analytics insights into marketing strategy and decision-making.

• Promote a culture of data-driven decision-making across the agency.

Project Management & Process Improvement

• Lead analytics-related projects and reporting initiatives from planning through delivery.

• Implement workflows that streamline reporting processes and ensure timely delivery of insights.

• Utilize project management tools such as ClickUp to manage tasks and analytics deliverables.

• Continuously improve internal reporting systems and data processes.

Organization & File Management

• Maintain organized storage of analytics reports, dashboards, and related documentation within designated Google Drive folders.

• Ensure appropriate file permissions are maintained for data security and confidentiality.

Pitches & Presentations

• Support pitch development by providing business intelligence insights and data-backed recommendations.

• Assist in preparing presentation materials and reports for internal teams and clients.

• Contribute insights during brainstorming sessions and campaign planning discussions.

Industry Knowledge

• Stay informed about developments in advertising, digital marketing, technology, and analytics tools.

• Continuously learn new analytics techniques, reporting tools, and data methodologies.

Mission Control and AI

• Contribute to internal missions and continuous improvement initiatives by supporting the development of processes, systems, workflows, and operational improvements that enhance team efficiency and overall business operations.
• Explore and apply AI tools, automation, and emerging technologies where appropriate to improve productivity, streamline workflows, and support smarter ways of working across the organization.
• Participate in cross-functional mission projects and initiatives that drive innovation, operational excellence, and scalable solutions for the company.

• Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, email marketing analytics, etc.).
• Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Looker Studio or similar platforms.
• Experience analyzing A/B testing and marketing campaign performance.
• Basic knowledge of data science tools such as Python or R.
• Understanding of digital marketing, advertising, and marketing technology ecosystems.

Required education and qualifications (certifications, licenses, accreditations, etc.)

• Proficiency in Google Suite products, particularly Google Sheets.
• Experience with marketing research and basic statistical analysis.
• Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as ClickUp and Google Drive.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative and proactive mindset.
