Retail Sales Assistant

- Provide excellent customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
- Assist customers in product selection and inquiries.
- Maintain product displays and ensure the store is organized and presentable.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash register.
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and targets.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in retail sales or customer service.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, outgoing, and customer-oriented.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to handle cash and perform transactions accurately.
- Working Conditions: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
