Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greeting, engaging, and assisting customers in finding products to meet their needs.
- Sales & Product Knowledge: Offering product demonstrations, explaining features, cross-selling, and upselling to maximize sales.
- Operations & Merchandising: Processing payments/returns, restocking shelves, maintaining store cleanliness, and organizing displays.
- Inventory & Pricing: Assisting with stockroom organization, receiving deliveries, and ensuring accurate price tags.
- Compliance: Following company policies, security procedures, and safety guidelines.
