Hospital Marketing and Patient Experience Manager

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or other related fields
At least 5 years of marketing and people management experience
Experience in project management
Open to work in a hospital setup
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote hospital services and increase brand awareness.
- Oversee digital marketing efforts, including social media, website content, and online advertising.
- Organize community outreach programs, health fairs, and hospital-sponsored events.
- Analyze market trends and patient feedback to identify opportunities for service improvement and growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Health Maintenance Organizations (HMOs).
- Address concerns and resolve issues between HMOs and the hospital efficiently.
- Ensure smooth patient admission processes and optimize workflows for efficiency.
- Train and guide staff in providing excellent customer service during patient admissions.
- Monitor and improve front-desk operations to maintain a patient-centric environment.
- Implement strategies to minimize waiting times and enhance patient satisfaction.
- Identify potential business opportunities and partnerships to expand hospital services.
- Develop sales strategies targeting corporate accounts, community organizations, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts to measure performance and set goals.
