Amazon PPC Specialist (Remote) | Philippines

As an Amazon PPC Specialist, you will manage the day-to-day execution, optimization, and reporting of Amazon advertising campaigns. You will work closely with the Amazon Operations Manager to turn strategy into action and collaborate with the Brand Specialist on product launches, promotions, listing updates, and creative improvements. Your work will directly influence advertising efficiency, product visibility, and sales growth. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining hands-on campaign management with data-backed recommendations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns across multiple products.
• Launch, restructure, and scale campaigns based on performance data and business priorities.
• Improve advertising efficiency by monitoring bids, budgets, placements, keywords, search terms, and campaign structure.
• Conduct keyword research, harvest converting search terms, and maintain negative keyword strategies.
• Analyze ASIN-level performance to identify opportunities across advertising, pricing, listings, promotions, and creative assets.
• Track and interpret ACOS, TACOS, CTR, CVR, ROAS, CPC, sales, and other key performance indicators.
• Prepare accurate weekly and monthly performance reports with clear recommendations for the Amazon Operations Manager.
• Support new product launches with PPC planning, campaign setup, testing, and ongoing optimization.
• Coordinate with the Brand Specialist to align campaigns with listing updates, promotions, and product initiatives.
• Monitor campaign health, resolve advertising issues promptly, and communicate blockers before they affect performance.

Requirements

Must-Have:

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon PPC campaigns.
• Strong working knowledge of Amazon Advertising Console and Seller Central.
• Demonstrated experience with Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display.
• Strong understanding of keyword research, search term harvesting, bid management, and negative keyword optimization.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills for reporting and performance analysis.
• Ability to interpret advertising metrics and turn findings into practical campaign improvements.
• Strong written and spoken English, with reliable communication in a remote working environment.

Nice to Have:

• Experience using Helium 10.
• Experience using Data Dive.
• Experience supporting Amazon product launches.
• Familiarity with listing optimization, promotions, pricing strategy, and creative testing.
• Experience managing campaigns across multiple ASINs or brands.
