About the role
This role involves developing sales targets, profit plans, and marketing strategies while managing online, offline, social media, and paid advertising campaigns. You will conduct market research, monitor competitors to identify business opportunities, build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and customers, and lead the sales team to achieve business goals.

About you
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
2-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business management
Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Knowledge of social media marketing, online selling, and CRM tools
Analytical, goal-oriented, creative, and proactive, with a willingness to learn
Proven ability to build customer networks and drive business growth
Experience in sales, e-commerce, digital marketing, or network marketing is an advantage
Experience in Multi-Level-Marketing
