- Taking a brief to grasp the production team’s needs and specifications.
- Hands-on video shooting and editing mainly for TikTok video ads and Instagram reels branding.
- Reviewing the shooting script and raw materials to create a shot decision list based on the scene's value and contribution to continuity.
- Improving and correcting lighting, coloring, and faulty footage.
- Collaborate with stakeholders from production to the post-production process.
- Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and the industry's best practices to maximize efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Proven minimum 1 year of work experience as a Video Editor.
- Have an understanding of TikTok and its algorithm.
- Having experience in editing footage with beauty products for TikTok.
- Solid experience with digital technology and editing software packages, especially CapCut.
- KPI-leading type candidate
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with color grading and camera setup.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Creative mind and storytelling skills.
- Able to join immediately and can follow WFO policy.
- Willing to be assigned in Poblacion, Makati
