- Oversee daily store operations and ensure efficient inventory management.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints.
- Assist in training and supervising store staff to maintain high performance standards.
- Implement and maintain merchandising and promotional displays to maximize sales.
- Monitor cash handling procedures and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills
- Skills and Competencies: Basic mathematical skills for cash handling
- Qualities and Traits: Leadership abilities and customer-focused mindset
- Responsibilities and Duties: Capable of multitasking and working in a fast-paced environment
