Sales Admin Assistant

The Admin Staff will provide clerical and administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The role involves handling documents, coordinating with different departments, assisting customers, and maintaining organized records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office files, records, and correspondence
- Assist in preparing reports, documents, and presentations
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications (calls, emails, messages)
- Support HR, accounting, and other departments in administrative tasks
- Maintain office supplies and ensure a well-organized work environment
- Assist in scheduling, coordinating meetings, and monitoring office activities
- Promote and sell motorcycles, accessories, and related products to customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge to buyers
- Handle inquiries, quotations, and documentation related to sales transactions
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for events and promotions
- Maintain an organized and presentable showroom display
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4-year business/office-related course (preferred)
- With at least 1 year of relevant experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Detail-oriented, flexible, and can work with minimal supervision
