Brief Job Description
The Production Assistant is responsible for assisting in daily manufacturing operations to ensure efficient production, adherence to quality standards, and compliance with food safety and operational policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in monitoring daily production activities.
- Help ensure products meet quality and food safety standards.
- Prepare production reports and maintain records.
- Coordinate with Production, QA, Warehouse, and Maintenance teams.
- Monitor material availability and production requirements.
- Support process improvement and efficiency initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Experience in manufacturing or food production is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn.
- Able to work well with different teams.
