We are looking for an IT Security Lead responsible for protecting the organization’s digital assets and strengthening its overall security posture. The role will work closely with the SOC provider and internal teams to manage security operations, risks, incidents, and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead infrastructure and network security , including firewalls, IPS, SIEM, VPNs, access controls, and monitoring systems.
- Conduct security risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
- Develop and enforce BYOD and information security policies .
- Monitor and respond to security incidents, malware, and vulnerabilities .
- Manage and tune SIEM alerts and support incident response and investigations.
- Assess AI-related security risks and recommend appropriate controls.
- Coordinate security awareness training and phishing campaigns .
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior security/CSIRT members.
- Participate in endpoint forensics and security investigations .
Qualifications:
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or related field .
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, CCNA, ITIL, SANS, or ISO are preferred.
- Strong knowledge of network security, SIEM, firewalls, vulnerability management, incident response, and security policies .
- Strong communication, analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
