Help Customers: Answer incoming calls and assist customers with inquiries, account updates, or product troubleshooting.
Solve Problems: Listen to customer concerns, find the root cause of their issues, and provide clear, helpful solutions.
Record Details: Document all customer interactions and updates accurately in our computer system.
Route Calls: Transfer complex issues to the right department or supervisor when necessary.
