Corporate Finance Officer in Makati upto 100k

Role Overview:

Provides analytical support to business leaders by evaluating the financial impact and value of strategic decisions through comprehensive financial modeling and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

-Develop financial models from the ground up or enhance existing models to incorporate scenario planning, sensitivity analysis, and return assessments for investments, transactions, and operating businesses

-Perform in-depth financial analysis and present insights through both written reports and oral presentations

-Prepare high-quality presentation materials for Management, Board of Directors, and Investment Committees

-Conduct research on industry trends, market conditions, and relevant developments to support decision-making

-Assist in the preparation of corporate finance reports, correspondence, and documentation

-Undertake additional tasks as assigned to support organizational goals and objectives

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy (BSA), Financial Engineering, Financial Management, or a related field

Experience:

2–3 years of experience in real estate capital markets or investment-related roles

Strong background in deal evaluation, structuring, and financial analysis is an advantage

Certifications (Preferred):

CPA, CFA, or CMA designation
