Description - Provide technical support and solutions to customers for sales-related inquiries.
- Assist the sales team in understanding product features and benefits to enhance customer engagement.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to products and services.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients and sales staff.
- Maintain documentation of customer interactions and technical issues.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Experience Level: 6months–2 years in a technical support or sales role.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Basic understanding of sales processes and customer service principles.
